These terms govern your use of beanbard.com and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
About us: Bean Bard is a UK-based speciality coffee brand selling direct to consumers online. Contact: brew@beanbard.com
Ordering: When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we send you an order confirmation email. Prices are shown in GBP. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price shown at the time of your order is the price you will pay.
Payment: Payment is taken at the time of order via Shopify Payments. We accept major debit and credit cards. Your payment details are processed securely and are never stored on our servers.
Shipping: We ship to UK addresses only. Delivery is estimated at 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control.
Product descriptions: Tasting notes are indicative — coffee flavour is subjective and can vary with brewing method, equipment, and water quality.
Refunds and returns: Please read our Refund Policy. Roasted coffee is exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off right as a perishable good. However, if your order is damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we will always make it right.
Intellectual property: All content on this site — including text, images, the Bean Bard name, and brand identity — is owned by or licensed to Bean Bard. You may not reproduce or use any content without our written permission.
Limitation of liability: Bean Bard's liability is limited to the value of your order. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
